TSE All-Share Index
The Tehran Stock Exchange All-Share Index finished the day down 0.26% at 164,493. Automotive (+3.23%) saw the highest increase among sectors, while the biggest faller of the day was Oil Products (-1.95%). Automotive (+3.23%) was the market volume leader with trades totaling IRR 1,040 billion (approx. USD 24 million). Pars Petrochemical Co. (PARS -2.34%) Tamin Petroleum & Petrochem. Ind. Co. (TAPP -2.28%) and Esfahan Oil Refining Co. (PNES -2.39%) were the main movers of the All-Share Index. Saipa Group (SIPA +5.90%) was the most traded stock with IRR 582 billion (approx. USD 13 million) of shares exchanged. The total traded value of the market reached IRR 4,473 billion (approx. USD 107 million), up 16% from the previous trading session.
The TSE30 index of the 30 largest companies by market capitalization closed at 8,002 for a loss of 0.22%. The biggest riser was Saipa Group (SIPA +5.90%) while Fajr Petrochemical Co. (BFJR -2.90%) dropped the most. Total traded value of the top 30 stocks reached IRR 1,435 billion (approx. USD 34 million), up 35% from the previous trading session.
