Chris had a serious fall at the nursery last week, and severed all of the

tendons in his left leg. Surgery took place yesterday and his doctors
report that his recovery is going well. However he is going to be at home
for many months recuperating. 'Nurse' Diane says he already misses all
of the wonderful customers of the nursery and the farmers market, and
would love to hear from you. Send get-well wishes or plant questions

Because of a theft of equipment earlier this week, Kurt Hudgeons's
Sunday pond lecture has been cancelled. The nursery will reschedule
another one soon.
