Greetings;

 

The town is again looking for 10-15 volunteers to help with demolition at the New Bathrooms, at the NE corner of the park.  We will be meeting at 10 AM this Saturday the 22nd.  Hopefully we can complete the work in a couple hours.

 

We will be removing:

• One interior cinder block wall
• Doors and frames
• Sheetrock ceiling  and framing in the south room
• Fixed in place shelving in the north room

 

Please bring demolition tools such as sledge hammers, pry bars, hammers, wrenches, saws,  etc.

Come prepared with your own safety equipment such as safety glasses and gloves.

 

Last time we had over 30 volunteers show up to move the stuff out of the bathrooms and we hope for another good group on Saturday to complete the next step.

 

Also the town is looking for someone skilled in laying cinder block to infill the two opening that will be abandoned in the new design.  If you know of anyone local we can hire and/or recruit please contact Mike Engstrom (801-200-7951, MJSparky@gmail.com)
