PoetFest/Five Poets

NORA KROUK – born in China to Russian parents and studied languages  Arrived in Australia in 1975 and has widely published in both Russian and English.

WINIFRED WEIR – published a novella, Isabella, in Southerly, Overland, Island and working on second collection of poems.

JOHN S BATTS –retired English Professor, published in Five Bells and other journals and is on  the Editorial committee of Poets Union.                                  

SUE WATSON – published in literary journals Overland, Famous Reporter, Five Bells, in Youngstreet Poets Union and Central Coast Poets Anthologies. Presently working on a collection of poems. She lives on the Northern Beaches.

WILGA ROSE – works as an English teacher at TAFE. Published in Quadrant, Southerly Meanjian and read on ABC radio. ‘Rituals of Lights”. Her work has a Northern Beaches flavour.
