In The News...

Here's what's new in Lori's recent Dayton Daily News articles:
Stuck On Clutter...

If you want your office to have a clean, streamlined appearance, stand in the doorway and find items that aren’t adding any value to your business.

Magnets displayed on metal file cabinets often fall into this category of unnecessary extras.

Magnets from take-out restaurants, past vacations and vendors selling their wares accumulate over time. If you stand back and look at your office as your manager or client may see it, magnets can add to a cluttered appearance.

Eliminating these extras is a start to bringing a sense of calm back to your space.

Trinkets Disappear...

As you organize your children’s rooms and play areas, round up all the small size toys you find. They make great birthday party prize giveaways for the next time you host a party.

Put them in a basket for children to choose from after playing games or fill a piñata with these ‘prizes’ along with candy.

It’s a win-win. Party goers are happy to have these party prizes and no more stepping on them the next time you walk in the night.

One Last Thing...

“Eliminating clutter gives you room to think.” ~B. Ballinger

Letting go of the smallest of things in your home and office can open your mind to new ideas. Look around right now, what can you let go of so you can think more clearly?

Enjoy these last days of summer,
