Benefits of Delegating...

Think about this...
Delegating one 15 minute task to a team member per day gains you 1 hour and 15 minutes per work week!

As a manager, are you doing tasks that should be delegated to support staff? Delegation allows you to focus your time and energy on tasks that are better suited to your expertise and salary level.

Delegating makes team members more vaulable, keeps your focus on growing your business and equally distributes the work load.  Delegate a task (or two or three) today!

Give It The Boot...

We all have those extra plastic tote lids laying around our house.  Why not put them to good use? Use one as your entryway boot tray!  Have a big family or is company coming over?  Put down two or as many as needed.  Protect your floors while using something that was cluttering your storage spaces.

Paw Patrol-Dayton
Have you ever gotten a gift that was a duplicate or one you didn't want?  We are collecting new items for the animal rescue, Paw Patrol-Dayton.  They create wonderful gift baskets and auction them off weekly as a fundraiser.  We are helping them out by collecting new items for the baskets, while you reduce clutter and support a great cause.

All proceeds go to help pay for the medical expenses for cats and dogs in need.  They also provide services for badly neglected puppy mill survivors. If you aren't familiar with puppy mills, Google it to increase your awareness in order to stop this heartbreaking practice.

Collection Details:
Date:        Monday, March 27th from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.
Location:  Forte Organizers, 948 E. Franklin Street, Centerville, OH 45459
Where:     We will have bins on the covered porch by the Blue Door at the side of the building.  We will be in  and out of the office all day to check the bins and receive your donated items.  If you have trouble locating our office, please text or call (937) 414-0723.

Before & After:  Here is Lori with one of her foster dogs, Charm, that Paw Patrol rescued.  Charm is now a happy, healthy dog with her new forever family! Thanks to others who have donated to this wonderful cause, dogs like Charm were given the medical attention they needed.
