TSE All-Share Index
The Tehran Stock Exchange All-Share Index finished the day up 0.01% at 166,915. Construction (+2.42%) saw the highest increase among sectors, while the biggest faller of the day was Automotive (-2.73%). Banking (+1.17%) was the market volume leader with trades totaling IRR 774 billion (approx. USD 18 million). Persian Gulf Petrochemical Ind. Co. (PKLJ +0.91%) National Iranian Copper Ind. Co. (MSMI -1.10%) and Tejarat Bank (BTJR +4.24%) were the main movers of the All-Share Index. Tejarat Bank (BTJR +4.24%) was the most traded stock with IRR 485 billion (approx. USD 11 million) of shares exchanged. The total traded value of the market reached IRR 3,971 billion (approx. USD 95 million), down 26% from the previous trading session.
TSE30 Index
The TSE30 index of the 30 largest companies by market capitalization closed at 8,244 for a loss of 0.15%. The biggest riser was Saderat Bank (BSDR +1.31%) while Iran Khodro Co. (IKCO -2.89%) dropped the most. Total traded value of the top 30 stocks reached IRR 1,298 billion (approx. USD 30 million), down 40% from the previous trading session. |
