Wrapping Up Winter!
4 Yoga Classes to bring us through the last month of Winter
Thursdays on Zoom
6-7:30pm Eastern
FEB. 22 - MARCH 14
 
These yoga classes are for all levels of experience and will include Kundalini practices to connect with the inner "sun" followed by restorative relaxation and meditations.
Recordings will be made available to all registrants.
Zoom link will be sent the night before class.

Fee is $75 for all 4 classes
Drop-ins welcome for $22 per class

Immune Booster Juice
serves 2
 
4 oranges
1 lemon
1 inch piece of fresh ginger root
1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
 
Juice the oranges and lemon and finely grate the ginger root. Whisk the ginger and turmeric powder into the juice and enjoy!
 
Helpful for keeping yourself healthy in these last weeks of winter!
