Draft Pittwater LEP being presented to Council this Monday. The draft Pittwater Local Environment Plan (LEP) and Community Engagement Outcomes Report is being presented to Pittwater Council this Monday 5th at 6.30pm, at Mona Vale Memorial Hall, Village Hall, Mona Vale. If you wish to address council at the meeting, you must register by 3pm on Monday by calling (02) 9970 1111. The agenda and details for the meeting can be found here at the Pittwater Council website. Amended DA for the Pasadena. A notification for an amended Development Application for Alterations and additions to the Pasadena have been received, details of which can be viewed online, here. The additions include raising the existing roof height, extending the area of the upper most level and incorporation of the uses as a café, restaurant, function room, retail and motel accommodation.
