Nov-Dec 4th - application for rural dispensaries closed.
Nov 29th - closed to apply for same mme license type.
Jan 2-16 - rural locations for cultivation / productions open to anyone in rural area, not just mmes.
Jan (no date available yet)- new period for dual licensing for rec if you missed - for example your cultivation is medical and is applying for rec.
Spring 2018 - cultivation or production or dispensary can apply for retail dispensary or other types, meaning if a dispensary does not own cultivation, they can apply for this.
Jan 16th meeting for NRS 453D, it may take 30-60 days for it to become in effect for Nrs453d to become law after it goes back to legislative bureau.
Retail only dispensary applications - after nrs453d is adopted, application period will be announced.
They have no comment on reallocating issued Retail only dispensary licenses from jurisdictions that refuse cannabis businesses.
