Laguna Bay - Construction Update

Floor and ceiling finishes are complete across all apartments in Laguna Bay. Aluminium and glass window and balcony fittings are in place in all apartments from the 2^nd to 8^th floors. Steel core entrance doors, and all internal apartment doors are also fitted from the 2^nd to 8^th floors, whilst all bathroom and kitchen fixtures are now in place in apartments from the 6^th to 8^th floors.

Work continues on installing kitchen and bathroom fixtures in all apartments from the 5^th floor downwards. Air conditioning units, light switches and plug sockets are now fitted and functional across the majority of apartments. Tiling of the rooftop swimming pool is now 40% complete, with the rooftop gymnasium and changing room walls now in place.

Wong Amat Tower - Construction Update

The Wong Amat Tower structural skeleton is now built up to the 26^th floor. Interior walls are complete up to the 16^th floor, with pre-cast walls also in place on floors 17 and 18. Installation of plumbing and electrical systems is underway up to the 18^th floor. Work continues on the foundations of the separate covered parking complex.

We expect a selection of in-house 6^th floor show-suites to complete in mid-December 2012, with unit types B (47 sqm), H (65 sqm), G (92.5 sqm) & F (92 sqm) on display.

The Peak Towers - Construction Update

Structural work on Basement floors 1, 2 and 3 of Tower A of The Peak Towers is complete, along with all foundations. The lift core structure of Tower A is now complete up to the 2^nd residential floor.

In Tower B, foundation works are 80% complete. Concrete slab work on the basement of Tower B is 30% complete. The lift core structure of Tower B is now complete up to the 2^nd residential floor.

Laguna Beach Resort Jomtien - Construction Update

All piling and foundation works are complete for Building A of Laguna Beach Resort Jomtien. Pouring of concrete for the basement floor is complete and all steel retaining walls are in place for the basement floor. Pouring of concrete for the basement walls of Building A is expected to commence imminently.

Excavation work continues at Building B and work on the foundations has begun. The cutting of piles is in progress, with dynamic load tests complete.
