ClassicarGarage Special Newsletter - Amicale Facel Holland |
|
Dear classic car enthusiast,
Hereby you receive a special ClassicarGarage Newsletter featuring our quality partner
Amicale Facel Holland (AFH). As you probably know AFH is the world leading specialist on the fabulous make of Facel Vega. No firm has restored more Facel Vega automobiles over the last decades and there is no address where you can find more invaluable 'know-how' on the marque. Further more AFH is the world leading manufacturer/supplier of indispensible Facel Vega spare parts. Since about a year and a half AFH is working closely together with the renown restoration firm Classic Job (Dalfsen, the Netherlands.) This co-operation has been intensified in order to guarantee the continuity of the many restoration projects at hand and to make possible the expansion of the Facel Vega parts and spares department. Thanks to this fruitful co-operation new Facel Vega parts are being developed including various sheetmetal body parts, extinct up until today. A new AFH warehouse has been erected next to the restoration workshops of Classic Job. The first public signs of the conjunction of AFH and Classic Job are shown at the 'Concours d’Élégance Paleis het Loo' next weekend. You are welcome to visit the Classic Job/AFH pavillion at the 'Concours d’Élégance Paleis het Loo' which will be held on Saturday and Sunday June 21 and 22! AFH has arranged a unique Facel Vega class exhibition of which you can read and see more below. But first you will be introduced to three very fine Facel Vega restorations which are currently being carried out by the people of Amicale Facel Holland and Classic Job. Sincerely yours, Marc Vorgers. Latest ClassicarGarage news & updates via: Daily Magazine on Facebook

We added new photo reportages of three current Facel Vega restoration projects to
the AFH restoration pages. The most important restoration work like sheetmetal work, paint work and mechanical overhauls are carried out 'in house'. Of all three projects we present the mating of the restored chassis and body work. You can see the restoration of the 1958 Facel Vega FV3B, the restoration of the 1960 Facel Vega HK 500 and the restoration of the 1962 Facel Vega Facel II (Click the links to see the reportages on the ClassicarGarage website). All these fabulous automobiles are being restored to concours (show) condition for clients worldwide. These projects will be regularly updated. Telephone international: +31 70 324 80 84
