Happy New Year to All.
At the next DI meeting on Monday 11 January we will have an AV presentation by a long standing member of BPS Mike Salter, FRPS, EFIAP. It is ‘Captured in My Camera‘ comprising a selection of beautifully composed figure studies in monochrome. Mike’s techniques of using lighting and artistic composition in his images has won him many awards including a gold medal in the prestigious IFS European print panel exhibition and were also the basis of his successful FRPS panel. Mike’s presentation is about 8 minutes long and so there is plenty of time still available for anyone who would like to show off their work or invite comments on their work and look forward to seeing your images.
Please send your images to me by Sunday 10 January, 6 pm. Images: JPG format, sRGB, 1600 x 1200 pixels (same as competitions but not strict), prefix filenames with 01, 02, 03 etc. if you wish to show them in that order. Email attachment size - max 20Mb per email.
