All we did when we released Alice Boman’s debut EP “Skisser” digitally a while back was to send out one e-mail telling the world that it was out. After that everything has just slowly but exponentially grown bigger and bigger. As soon as this spring, Alice hadn’t done a single show and now she is out touring with Matthew E. White and headlining London shows.

The EP is called “Skisser” (means “Sketches” in Swedish) because that is exactly what it is. The EP contains songs which Alice recorded in her home, just for her to remember and they were never meant to be heard by anyone, Alice sings with as much force as fragility, a Billie Holiday for the 21st century, without the jazz.

So we decided to print this darling on vinyl, and while doing so we added a new track called “Over” also recorded in Alice’s home as a demo. This track will only be released on this vinyl and you won’t find it elsewhere, ever.
