TSE All-Share Index
The Tehran Stock Exchange All-Share Index finished the day up 1.58% at 1,366,535. Engineering Services (+4.76%) saw the highest increase among sectors, while the biggest faller of the day was Other Financial Services (-2.60%). Automotive (+0.67%) was the market volume leader with trades totaling IRR 36,181 billion (approx. USD 139 million). National Iranian Copper Ind. Co. (MSMI +4.61%) Social Security Investment Co. (TAMN +3.55%) and Golgohar Mining & Industrial Co. (GOLC +5.00%) were the main movers of the All-Share Index. Social Security Investment Co. (TAMN +3.55%) was the most traded stock with IRR 24,752 billion (approx. USD 95 million) of shares exchanged. The total traded value of the market reached IRR 183,277 billion (approx. USD 704 million), up 99% from the previous trading session.
TSE30 Index
The TSE30 index of the 30 largest companies by market capitalization closed at 70,743 for a gain of 2.08%. The biggest riser was Tejarat Bank (BTJR +8.00%) while Nouri Petrochemical Co. (NORI -3.08%) dropped the most. Total traded value of the top 30 stocks reached IRR 72,256 billion (approx. USD 277 million), up 282% from the previous trading session. |
