IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-Daisy Brook will hold our annual Science Fair on March 3rd. Registration forms are due by Friday, February 7, 2020. Please contact your child's teacher if you need another form. This is a fantastic opportunity for some of our budding scientists to showcase their ideas!
-We kicked off our American Heart Association’s Kids Heart Challenge on Tuesday, Jan. 21. Please join us in the fight against heart disease. Help your children go online at heart.org/kidsheartchallenge or download the Kids Heart Challenge mobile app to make a pledge to be more heart healthy and earn a free powerband. Our goal is to have 100% of our students take their heart healthy challenge online to move more, be kind, or be prepared! When your child takes their challenge, they will become a Heart Hero!
-January 31st is a half day for students. Release time is 11:05.

CELEBRATIONS
-We have already raised over $1200 for the American Heart Association and students have earned a free recess! Well done!

-On Friday, January 24th our third graders enjoyed spending time with some of our FHS Cross Country team members. These student athletes shared some inspirational quotes and then read with our kids. We look forward to this monthly partnership and sharing the love of reading! Looking forward to another great week at Daisy Brook! Enjoy your weekend!
