Be a presenter in Hawaii?

Session proposals deadline for our regional southwest conference SWCOLT in Honolulu Sept. 1, 2015.

In collaboration with the Hawai'i Association of Language Teachers (HALT), the Confucius Institute, University of Hawai'i at Manoa (CI) and the National Foreign Language Resource Center, The University of Hawai'i at Manoa (NFLRC), SWCOLT is holding the 2016 Conference at the Hilton Waikiki Beach on Kuhio in Honolulu on March 4th and 5th with Pre-Conference workshops on the 3rd.

We look forward to seeing you in beautiful Hawai'i!

DEADLINE APPROACHING - SEPTEMBER 1, 2015

The Southwest Conference on Language Teaching is currently accepting session proposals for our 2016 regional conference. The Hawaii Association of Language Teachers is hosting the conference with us at the beautiful Hilton Waikiki Beach Hotel in Honolulu, Hawaii, on March 3-5, 2016.

Theme: Ika ‘ōlelo ke ola
In Language, There is Life

The deadline for submitting a proposal for SWCOLT/HALT 2016 in Honolulu, Hawaii, is September 1, 2015

Half-day and full day workshops will be Thursday, March 3, 2016.
60-minute sessions and 10-minute One Idea Presentations will be on Friday, March 4 and Saturday, March 5, 2016.
