Letter from a Happy Customer:
"We have spent time at several marinas on the eastern shore and all of the marinas in the Inner Harbor. Without question, the Inner Harbor Marina gets a five star rating. The marina is well maintained as is the showers and facilities. Of course, the location is breathtaking. We never tire of looking across the river at the skyline panorama.
What really makes the marina so special is the office staff. When the wind is blowing hard, from the wrong direction, Ben mystically appears, grabs lines and makes sure all is secure. The Captain is grateful. Get and staff are a real pleasure. No matter how busy they are, they focus on my concern. A great customer service team.
A good business experience is fortified by good top management. All of the extra perks such as free parking, the haulouts, the athletic club membership and towing service contribute to my being a happy camper. We also look forward to attending the soiree on August 19.
To sum up, we enjoy every visit to the marina and appreciate the dedication to our satisfaction.
A big kudo"
