BIOS and OS updates may be available for your RT4 / Mesa 3.
The Windows cumulative patch described below was released yesterday: Friday 29 January, 2021.

You can download them from the Juniper Systems website:
Browse to https://junipersys.com/support
Click on Mesa 3
Click on Downloads

Look for these two updates:

Mesa 3 Windows custom firmware updates
  https://junipersys.com/support/article/14711

Mesa 3 Windows cumulative patch update 20330
  https://junipersys.com/support/article/14716

These two updates will take around 30-minutes to fully install. You will need to provide 'Adult Supervision' during the update process clicking on 'Continue, Finish, Next ....' a few times and the tablet will reboot automatically. I reccomend that you have a wired mouse and keybaord available (you should not need them, expecially if you have them available) and the device should be connected to wall power and have more than 50% charge when you begin.

I strongly reccomend that you perform the update when you have time to complete the update without being rushed. In otherwords, don't do them in the morning before you need to run to the field. The folks at Juniper Systems are incredibly nice and well informed. If you get stuck, they may be your best source of knowledgeable support: +1-435-753-1881.

One hint, during the updates, wait a few moments for all the updates to run to completion before restarting the tablet, just incase another installer is running in the background. There are very detailed instructions at the links on the Juniper Systems website.

As previously noted, this link:

will update the Intel Display driver to the latest version.

Thank you again for purchasing equipment from iGage!
