Hello, Firstname

IMPORTANT MESSAGE CONCERNING PARKING
I have received the following disquietening email from the Chairman of the Montpelier Business Park Trading Estate Management Company, who oversee the Montpelier Central where the clubrooms are situated:

To: Pete Howell

I have received a complaint regarding some of your customers parking outside units 1-6

Please find below the email I have received

The sprayers are making decent progress, but it will probably go into next week, units 4/5/6 should be finished this week.

They had a bit of a nightmare with the Photographic Society last night, who turned up in their droves and the majority basically refused to park elsewhere after being asked politely and were apparently quite rude. They had stayed late to get things done when the shutters were down, some insisted that they had their own designated spots! this has caused a delay.

I’m pretty certain that the members of the Photographic Society don’t have any rights to park on the estate and I certainly don’t want them thinking they have the right to park outside Unit 1 or 5 in future on a Wednesday, my tenants have 365 24/7 use.

Jeff D, if possible can you communicate this with Unit 13.

I must emphasise that parking on a Wednesday evening (or any other time)  anywhere on the estate is not an inherent right, it is a privilege granted us by the various tenants/occupants of the estate and there are a few units where it has been requested that we don't park (see map below). However, common sense should prevail at all times and if the occupants of unit are obviously working, or there is work being carried out to units as was the case last night, then park somewhere else. If we abuse this privilege, there is a strong possibility that we could lose ALL parking on the estate.

Areas shown in red are definitely "no parking".
