Hello fiber lovers!

As the days become brighter and the nights longer, it's the perfect time to pack your favorite yarns and embark on new journeys, both near and far. Whether you're lounging on the beach, exploring a mountain trail, or simply enjoying the sunshine in your backyard, grab your project bag, soak in the sunshine, and let the magic of yarn weave its way into your summer adventures.

Our Summer classes are live, we have a huge selection of vacation-friendly single session classes with small projects and techniques perfect for the warmer months.

**Quick reminder, if you did a knit or crochet tracker for the month of May, get those turned into us by June 6 to be eligible for our drawing for a $50 ReBelle gift certificate. You can turn them into us in person or snap a picture with your phone and email it to us at rebellegirls@gmail.com.**

New In The Shop

Our first shipment of Lemonwood mini minders just arrived in the shop!! For those of you who like to knit or crochet on the go, the mini minder stylishly holds your yarn either from your wrist or from your bag, right where you need it while you work. Each Mini Minder comes with a leather strap and a cotton dust bag. We have 10 different styles in the shop as well as their minder hooks that can be used to hang the minders (or other things such as project bags) from tables or ledges.

We are super excited to welcome more Ruby & Roses into the shop. Addy is an indie dyer out of Indiana (we guess you could say she is an Indie Indy dyer) who started dying solo in her parents garage and now has a studio, 3 assistants, and a husband who runs the business side of things. Her colors are full of whimsy and she is known for her limited edition special collections. The current special collection has 18 colorways inspired by Downton Abbey including 9 sock sets (full skeins with a coordinated mini for heels and toes) which we have in her Plump Rose base that has been a shop favorite.

Just in time for June, we have some really great rainbow mini kits from Treasure Goddess Yarns. These kits come with six 20g minis in a rainbow of colors on your choice of three different bases- Sparkle Toes Sock Yarn (75/20/5 superwash merino/nylon/stellina), Treasured Toes Sock Yarn (75/25 superwash merino/nylon) OR Treasured YAK Toes Sock Yarn (70/20/10 superwash merino/yak/nylon.) The minis were dyed to go with her Navigation at Sea Shawl or we think it would be great in the Soul Warmer Cowl.

Introducing the new Zodiac Series from Emma's Yarn! They will be following the sun’s path through the cosmos throughout the next astrological year, releasing a Theme Pack and a Super Silky Trio for each of the twelve signs of the zodiac as they come up! We will have all 12 colorpacks and theme packs as they come out, starting with Aries.

May 20th marks the beginning of the third month of the astrological year, “Gemini”. People born with the sun in Gemini are said to be witty, energetic, and curious. Emma's “Gemini” Theme Pack and Super Silky Trio match that bright, social butterfly energy.

Looking for a project? We have a Ravelry Bundle full of ideas for using the Emma's Theme Packs. As for the colorpacks we think they would be wonderful in projects like the Gradient Lights Shawl by Laura Dobratz, the Triangulate Shawl by Carissa Browning, the Dreamstate Shawl by Lisa Mutch, or the Bunting Shawl by Hailey Bailey
Summer is coming and we are so ready!! Emma's Crazy Beautiful Colors so far this year have been bold, bright, and color saturated, so this month they are lightening things up a bit! June 2025 is a lovely light speckling of their signature hot pinks, lime greens, and aqua blues! Pairs perfectly with some of our all time favorite semi-solids: Love Drunk, Be Hoppy, and Zuni.

It is our favorite time of year- Knitted Wit National Parks Club season!!! Every month from May-August, Knitted Wit will release 4 new colorways inspired by National Parks areas, such as National Recreation Areas, Heritage sites, etc. This will be the final year for the National Parks Club so Knitted Wit is going to revisit their 16 most popular parks colors. For June we have Glacier, Bryce Canyon, Cuyahoga Valley, and Joshua Tree National Parks.

As usual, there is a Passport to track your parks purchases from us and other local yarn shops as you travel through the summer. At the end of the summer, there will be a commemorative patch for those with four filled squares and an enamel pin for those with all sixteen.

Events at ReBelle

For the month of June, we are focusing our KAL/CAL on giving back to the community. We will be structuring our Zoom as a regular knit/crochet along, but each week Robyn will introduce a new organization that needs volunteer knitters/crocheters to fill a community need. You are welcome to work on a project for one of the featured organizations or pick your own. Our goal for the month is just to give something back to our community, whether large or small.

All ReBelle knit/crochet alongs are free and open to the public and you can attend as many or as few sessions as you like.
