The Tehran Stock Exchange All-Share Index finished the day up 4.32% at 1,020,217. Utility Service Providers (+7.39%) saw the highest increase among sectors. Chemicals (+4.86%) was the market volume leader with trades totaling IRR 11,735 billion (approx. USD 279 million). Esfahan Mobarakeh Steel Co. (FOLD +4.93%) Persian Gulf Oil Refining Co. (PKLJ +3.06%) and Pars Petrochemical Co. (PARS +10.11%) were the main movers of the All-Share Index. Kharazmi Investment Co. (IKHR -1.91%) was the most traded stock with IRR 5,139 billion (approx. USD 122 million) of shares exchanged. The total traded value of the market reached IRR 101,122 billion (approx. USD 2,408 million), down 24% from the previous trading session.

 

The TSE30 index of the 30 largest companies by market capitalization closed at 43,522 for a gain of 4.99%. The biggest riser was Pars Petrochemical Co. (PARS +10.11%). Total traded value of the top 30 stocks reached IRR 22,611 billion (approx. USD 538 million), down 49% from the previous trading session.
