TSE All-Share Index
The Tehran Stock Exchange All-Share Index finished the day down 0.43% at 237,148. Agriculture (+7.02%) saw the highest increase among sectors, while the biggest faller of the day was Paper products (-4.68%). Automotive (+0.85%) was the market volume leader with trades totaling IRR 1,538 billion (approx. USD 36 million). Persian Gulf Petrochemical Co. (PKLJ -1.69%) Telecommunication Company of Iran (MBT -4.60%) and Mobile Telecommunication Co. of Iran (HMRZ -3.46) were the main movers of the All-Share Index. Pasargad Bank (BPAS +4.94%) was the most traded stock with IRR 707 billion (approx. USD 16 million) of shares exchanged. The total traded value of the market reached IRR 15,786 billon (approx. USD 375 million), down 22% from the previous trading session.
The TSE30 index of the 30 largest companies by market capitalization closed at 10,809 for a devaluation of 0.15%. The biggest riser was Khark Petrochemical Co. (PKHA +4.95%) while Tabriz Oil Refining Co. (PTAB -3.97%) dropped the most. Total traded value of the top 30 stocks reached IRR 2,970 billion (approx. USD 70 million), up 30% from the previous trading session. |
