Keep Things For The Right Reasons...

When going through your clothing closet you may come across something and think, “I don’t need this, but I can’t get rid of it. I spent a lot of money on it!”

These expensive items that you don’t need will keep costing you if you hang onto them.

They take up space, which makes it more difficult to find the things you do use.

They collect dust and molds, which creates unhealthy living conditions.

They may upset you when you look at them, because they weren’t a good investment and you feel bad for wasting your money.

If they were that expensive, why not sell them? Would you rather have an unused, expensive item sitting in your closet or extra money in your wallet?

You can also donate items for a tax deductions.

This year when you spring clean and organize your clothing for the warm weather coming up, let go of all those expensive purchases you don’t need to make room for what you do need.

What Do Customers See...

Spring cleaning isn’t just for homes. Office buildings also benefit from thorough cleaning and organizing.

Before you start, walk through the office as if you were one of your customers. Does your office have the image you want portrayed to your customers?

Too many personal items can lead to a residential look instead of a professional look.

Eliminate the items that are keeping you from having the polished, professional look that will help you grow your business.

One More Thing...

Are you enjoying the ‘Paperless Society’ computers where supposed to bring us?

Unfortunately, the use of office paper has tripled since the birth of the computer, according to Organized World.

Think twice before hitting print on your computer. Can the information be filed electronically instead?

Happy St. Patrick's Day!
