I still have to meet the first classic car lover who does not love the gorgeous dashboard you see pictured above... This stunning beauty can be found in the 1962 Facel Vega Facel II which was perfectly restored by Amicale Facel Holland! Check it out at the bottom of this newsletter.
Furthermore, I present 22 newly arrived classic and sports cars for sale which have been tested and photographed in February. The selection is very diverse with 'high lights' like a 1953 Mercedes-Benz 300 S cabriolet, a 1961 Facel Vega HK-500, a 1978 Ferrari 308 GTS, multiple top quality Jaguar cars and two impressive historic rally cars! Farther below you will again find a list of cars which you can expect in our sales collection next week. For yours truly the classic car season starts on 16 March proper; Then I will leave for the United Kingdom to pay a visit to the 75th Goodwood Members Meeting. Triumph TR 3a, year 1958. Colour red with a black leather interior trimmed with red piping. Black carpet and a black soft-top. This gorgeous Triumph TR 3a was fully restored by the late Dutch top-restorer PIET MOZES in the year 2000. A photo reportage and invoices of the restoration are present in the history file. Today, 15 years later, the automobile is still in superb top-condition!

Facel Vega HK-500, year 1961. Colour Silver Grey metallic with a red ‘Rouge Vif’ leather interior. This magnificent Facel Vega HK-500 was imported from the USA by Amicale Facel Holland (AFH) in the year 1995. Then the automobile was extensively restored by AFH. Ever since, the car has known a few owners who had the car serviced at AFH regularly. The automobile is in very good condition! The interior and the exterior show some signs of use. A lot of history is known and documented and the car is currently registered in the Netherlands.

| JAGUAR MK VII M, 1956 | |

Jaguar Mk VIIM, year 1956. Colour pale yellow with a dark red leather interior. This impressive Jaguar Mk VIIM saloon was sold new in New Zealand. In the year 1996 the automobile was imported to the Netherlands. The current owner purchased the car in 2011 and he had the car extensively and perfectly restored to concours (show) condition! This Jaguar is not a standard Mk 7 but a special Mk 7M. The ‘M’ features the 190 bhp XK engine (instead of 160 bhp). The most remarkable feat of the MK VIIM model was winning the 1965 Monte Carlo rally! The car proved relaxing to drive at very high speeds, so called ‘sports cars’ did not stand a chance because their crew wore out much more quickly!

Jaguar XK 150 3.4 Litre OTS, year 1958. Colour Maroon red with a light beige (Magnolia) leather interior and light beige carpet to match. Black mohair soft-top. This magnificent Jaguar XK 150 Open Two Seater (OTS), also named roadster, was extensively and body-off restored and overhauled in the past. Since completion of the restoration the car has driven only 2200 miles. The car is in superb top-condition; concours!

Triumph TR 4a IRS, year 1966. Colour red with a black leatherette interior trimmed with white piping. Rare Surrey-top with red rear-window frame and black roof panel. This wonderful Triumph TR 4a IRS is in very good condition and the car drives perfectly! The TR 4a IRS features Independent Rear Suspension (IRS) just like the later TR 5/ 250 and TR 6 models. Fitted options: chrome wire wheels and a MotoLita sports steering wheel with wood rim.

Deze prachtige MG TD werd in het jaar 2005 geïmporteerd vanuit Californië, USA. In het jaar 2011 werd de auto uitvoerig en perfect gerestaureerd; de auto verkeert in sublieme staat! Zeer bijzonder is dat de auto is uitgerust met een compressor (‘blower’) van het merk Shorrock. De ‘blower’ geeft deze MG TD extra motorvermogen. Verder toont deze MG TD alle originele details en is de auto voorzien van chroom spaakwielen. Een subliem en uitstekend rijdend exemplaar.
