Today I present you sixteen newly arrived classic, vintage and sports cars in our sales collection. You will find a very diverse range including a completely original (!) Lagonda 2 Liter 'low chassis' sold new in 1932, a completely original Lancia Thema 2.0 Turbo 16V LX built in 1993 and many special cars from the six decades in between! At Classic Job the fabulous project of the Citroën Rosalie 'SPIDO' has been updated. This special project is followed by many enthusiasts, especially from France. A photo report has also been added of the Octane Classics & Coffee that was held at Montagna d'Oro on October 5th.

CITROËN ROSALIE 'SPIDO' 15AL, 1932/33 RECREATION
 
Classic Job is building a recreation of the 1932-1933 Citroën Rosalie "SPIDO" record-breaking car for a Dutch client. Like the original, the recreation is based on a Citroën 15CV chassis with a 2722 cc six-cylinder engine. The aluminum bodywork has been recreated using period photos and other historical sources. An impressive hand-built project!

VOLVO 1800 E, 1972
 
Volvo 1800 E, year 1972. Body colour dark green combined with a beige leatherette interior and brown carpet. This beautiful Volvo 1800 E was sold new in the USA; the original American title is still present. This beautiful 1800 E is equipped with petrol injection and overdrive! In 2007, the car was imported to the Netherlands, where it has been cherished by one caring owner ever since. An extensive history and service file are present, which provide a chronological overview of the maintenance, repairs and upgrades that have been carried out over the years. This beautiful Volvo 1800 E is in a very good condition with light traces of use. TRIUMPH TR6, 1969
 
Triumph TR6, year 1969. Bodywork finished in dark red (Damson) combined with a black leatherette interior, black carpets, a black mohair soft-top, and a black vinyl hood cover. This fantastic Triumph TR6 was sold new in the USA and imported to the Netherlands in 1999. The car has had only one caring owner since then. This Triumph TR6 is a rarely seen early version that has unique details, such as the safety seats with high headrests, interior tunnel lighting, and the unique original 3-spoke steering wheel with holes in the spokes. The headrests are foldable to allow the installation of a tonneau cover. This magnificent early TR6 shows all the original details, drives and sounds wonderful and is in very good condition! LANCIA BETA 1600 COUPÉ, 1979
 
Lancia Beta 1600 Coupé, year 1979. The bodywork is painted in light blue metallic (Azzuro Met. 400) combined with a dark blue fabric interior finished with dark blue carpet. The seats are upholstered in special Lancia fabric decorated with numerous capital "Lancia L" letters. This beautiful Lancia Beta Coupé was imported to the Netherlands in September 1999. The last owner has cherished the car since November 23, 2019. This Lancia Beta Coupé is a very well-maintained car in excellent and super original condition! JENSEN INTERCEPTOR III COUPE, 1972
 
Jensen Interceptor III coupé, year 1972. First registration January 1, 1973. Exterior colour white combined with a brown leather interior finished with light beige carpet. This impressive Jensen Interceptor was imported to the Netherlands by the current owner in October 2021. The mileage was 63,122 miles at the time. The car, which was in a reasonable original condition at the time, was taken to classic car and Jensen specialist Schackman in the Netherlands, where the car was largely dismantled for restoration. In 2022, the car was taken to Classic Job for a full body restoration, where the bad sheet metal was repaired and the car was provided with a perfect new paint system in the original color. A total of € 40,000 was invested to bring the car to its current very good and beautiful condition! The car was added to the collection and has not been driven much; the odometer currently reads 63,803 miles. A total of only 4,255 units were built between August 1971 and December 1976. LAGONDA 2 LITER 'LOW CHASSIS', 1932
 
Lagonda 2-Litre 'Low Chassis', year 1932. This Lagonda 2-Litre 'Low Chassis' is a truly special and rare find; the car is in superb original condition, has never been restored, and its full history (including owner list) from the day it left the factory is known! This matching numbers car also boasts its original colours. The chassis is painted black, the Lagonda-built open tourer bodywork is finished in British Racing Green, the interior is upholstered in black leather and green wool carpet, and the hood, hood cover, and tonneau cover are made of black mohair. The four-cylinder engine with overhead valves and hemispherical combustion chambers was not only a mechanical marvel, it also represented Lagonda's intention to compete with marques like Bentley and Alvis in the high-performance touring car segment. For classic car enthusiasts, this is a true gem! The last (and current) owner has cherished this magnificent time capsule for 25 years. Now, this stunning piece of British automotive heritage is looking for a new owner who will care for it for decades to come. JAGUAR XK 150 3.4 LITRE OTS (ROADSTER), 1959
 
Jaguar XK 150 3.4 Litre OTS (roadster), year 1959. Colour Carmen red combined with a black leather interior trimmed with black carpet. Black soft top and tonneau cover. This beautiful Jaguar XK 150 OTS (Open Two Seater, in the USA also called roadster) was sold new in the United States. The car was imported into the Netherlands in 1986 and purchased by the last owner in 2001. The (service) history is fully documented from 2009 onwards. A Heritage certificate is present and the information shows that this is a "Matching Numbers" Jaguar! The car is in very good condition and everything is up-to-date. The body shows a perfect panel fit, beautiful paintwork and gorgeous chrome parts. The six-cylinder XK engine was overhauled by a Dutch specialist in 2014. EZ electric power steering was fitted in 2016. The 215 hp is transmitted to the rear wheels via a four-speed manual gearbox with overdrive. LANCIA BETA COUPE VX (VOLUMEX), 1984
 
Lancia Beta Coupé Volumex, year 1984. Body colour black (Nero) combined with a grey/black interior. The interior is fitted with Recaro front seats upholstered in grey/black checked cloth. This fantastic Lancia Beta Coupé Volumex was imported to the Netherlands by its only Dutch owner on the 26th of August 2008. The car has been enjoyed by the last owner for 17 years and has been very well maintained. This Beta Coupé Volumex is in good to very good condition. The car shows some signs of use. The odometer currently reads 37,716 kilometres; the odometer has gone around once. The VX or Volumex version is the top-of-the-line model of the Lancia Beta model range. The exclusive Lancia Beta Volumex was available in two body styles, the HPE ‘hatchback’ style of which 2,369 were built, and the rarer Coupé, pictured here, of which only 1,272 examples were built!

BRISTOL 411, 1970
 
Bristol 411, built in 1970. Body colour Dark British Racing Green combined with a red leather interior trimmed with red wool carpet. This super rare Bristol 411 was purchased by the current owner in the United Kingdom in 2022. The car was subsequently restored and overhauled where necessary, converted to left-hand drive and brought up to date by Bridge Classic Cars & Restorations in Woodbridge, UK. The work was carried out between March and October 2022. The investment for restoration and conversion amounted to £30,000 (€35,000). On May 16, 2023, this exclusive Bristol 411 was registered in the Netherlands. Bristol only sold to a very select customer base. Exclusivity has always been Bristol's trademark: they never produced cars in large numbers, but preferred craftsmanship and individuality over volume. The Bristol 411 was produced between 1969 and 1976, with only 287 examples built across five production runs. This example is equipped with the Chrysler B-series 6.3-liter V8 developing 340 hp and 576 Nm of torque! This Bristol is available for viewing and test drive by appointment only.

AUSTIN HEALEY 3000 MK II, 1961
 
Austin Healey 3000 MK II, year 1961. This is a scarce 'triple-carburetted' Austin Healey 3000 Mk II, of which only 5096 were built. The bodywork is finished in ice blue metallic over cream white (Old English White), combined with a blue interior featuring blue leather seats with white piping, a blue leatherette dashboard and door trims, and blue carpet. The blue soft-top and tonneau cover are upholstered in blue mohair, and a pair of aluminium side screens with plexiglass windows complete the weather equipment. This beautiful ‘Big Healey’ was sold new in the USA and the car was shipped from Louisiana to the Netherlands in 2005. During 2005-2007 the car underwent an extensive nut and bolt restoration to perfection. A restoration logbook is present, as is a photo report. The restoration was carried out by three renowned specialists: the engine was overhauled by the Van Giersbergen company, and the bodywork was restored by the Van Emst company. The remaining mechanical components were overhauled and restored by Altena Classic Service. The car shows minor signs of wear and is in excellent condition! TRIUMPH TR3 A, 1961
 
Triumph TR3A, 1961. Dark green painted bodywork combined with a dark red leather interior trimmed with white piping and dark red carpet. Black mohair soft top and tonneau cover. This robust and charming Triumph TR3A was extensively restored approximately twenty years ago. The car has been driven and maintained with care and remains in superb condition! During the restoration, the mechanical components were also overhauled; everything looks, feels, and sounds perfect, as if the restoration was recently completed. This example is equipped with silver wire wheels, Lucas wide-beam headlights (fog and cornering lights), overdrive, power brakes, retractable seat belts, an electric cooling fan, and a MotoLita sports steering wheel with a wood rim. LANCIA THEMA 2.0 TURBO 16V LX, 1993
 
Lancia Thema 2.0 Turbo 16V LX, year 1993. Bodywork finished in black (Nero MS 632) combined with a black full leather interior, made by the renowned Italian interior design company 'Poltrona Frau'. This fantastic Lancia Thema has been cherished by the last Dutch owner since 2008. This very well maintained car is in a very good and super original condition and the car drives excellently. The odometer currently reads 190,469 kilometers. The car is very well documented. The shock absorbers have recently been overhauled, very important because they are no longer available. The Thema 2.0 Turbo is a luxury sedan with a compact turbo engine, controlled handling and an optional and very luxurious interior by 'Poltrona Frau'. Mercedes-Benz 190 SL, built in 1959. Colour ivory (we suspect Elfenbein DB608) combined with a red leather interior and red carpet. This beautiful Mercedes-Benz 190 SL was first registered on February 28, 1959 and the car was imported to the Netherlands on November 7, 2006. About ten years ago, the car was extensively restored to concours condition! The car is still in a beautiful top condition! The car shows beautiful original details and shows only the smallest signs of wear. This beautiful Mercedes 190 SL was purchased by the current owner in June 2021 and serviced by Mercedes-Benz SL specialist van Dijk in the Netherlands, where a beautiful Becker Europa radio was also installed. PORSCHE 911 COUPE, 1968
 
Porsche 911 coupé, year 1968. Bodywork finished in light grey combined with a black leather interior, dark grey carpeting, and a black headlining. This beautiful Porsche 911 coupé is in very good condition and the car drives and handles perfectly. This beautiful example has undergone a complete body restoration in the past, and the interior has been reupholstered. The original 6-cylinder boxer engine has been replaced by a 2.2-liter 911/07 type with engine number 6105111. The completely rebuilt engine is equipped with two triple Zenith 40 TIN carburetors and runs beautifully! The brakes have also been completely overhauled. TOYOTA LAND CRUISER FJ45 ´HARD TOP´, 1980
 
Toyota Land Cruiser FJ45 'hard top', year 1980. Colour red combined with a grey faux leather interior. This beautiful and sturdy Toyota Land Cruiser FJ45 'hard top' was imported to the Netherlands on December 8, 2020. In 2020, the car underwent a comprehensive service, including the replacement of the brake shoes, handbrake set, rear wheel bearings, stabilizer rubbers, and cooling system hoses. Furthermore, the rear brake cylinders were overhauled, a differential leak was repaired, valve clearances were adjusted, and ignition parts were replaced and tuned. That same year, electric power steering was installed by EZ Power Steering. In 2021, the tie rod ends were replaced and the front brake cylinders were replaced. This impressive Land Cruiser, powered by a 4.2-liter inline-six engine, is in very good and beautiful condition, and the car drives and steers as it should. This 1980 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ45 hard top, with the durable inline six-cylinder petrol engine, is a sought-after piece of Japanese automotive heritage. AUSTIN HEALEY 100/6 (BN6) 'TWO SEATER', 1958
 
Austin Healey 100/6 (BN6) ‘two-seater’, year 1958. Body colour British Racing Green over black combined with a dark green leather interior trimmed with black piping and pale (suede) green carpet. Black vinyl soft-top and a black canvas tonneau cover. This fabulous ‘Big Healey’ was extensively restored and overhauled in the period 2020-2022. After completion of the restoration the car was driven sparsely. This fine Austin Healey 100 ‘SIX’ is in an excellent top condition and it drives perfectly! No matching numbers car (the engine was exchanged in the past) but a ‘big Healey’ which ticks all the boxes of desirability! It is a two-seater fitted with the engine of a 3000 Mk III, fitted with the big SU carburettors and a ‘centre-shift’ gearbox with overdrive. The car is also fitted with disc brakes at the front wheels, an alternator and electronic ignition. The 150 bhp engine adds greatly to the driving experience with its massive torque. JAGUAR MK II 3.8 LITRE AUTOMATIC, 1962
 
Jaguar MK II 3.8-liter automatic, 1962. The bodywork is finished in Old English White combined with a two-tone grey cloth/aquamarine blue faux leather interior, trimmed with black carpet. This beautiful Jaguar MK II 3.8-liter was imported to the Netherlands on July 14, 2010. The car was purchased by the current owner on April 6, 2017. In 2017, the automatic transmission was repaired and the power steering pump inspected with a mileage of 522 miles. In June 2019, the car underwent a comprehensive service at a Jaguar specialist in the Netherlands. Various oil leaks were repaired, the alternator overhauled, the voltage regulator replaced and adjusted, the rubber engine mounts replaced, the carburetors cleaned and fitted with new float needles/seats, and the fuel tank replaced. The automatic transmission was then completely overhauled. New Lucas Fog Rangers were also installed. Since 2017, €15,000 has been invested in repairs, maintenance, and improvements. This Jaguar MK II 3.8 liter is in very good and beautiful condition, both inside and out. This Jaguar can be viewed and driven by appointment only.
