This version is in responce to the NGS tightening TLS requirements for the SSL layer on the OPUS submission page. I am now unable to use OpenSSL to provide extended TLS support in OU.
Earlier versions of OU fail on all machines now. The latest version of OU will work on most modern versions of Windows, however OU will no longer work on Windows XP. As far as I can tell, it really is the End-of-the-Line for Windows XP machines submitting observations to OPUS.
A new distribution of the iG_Download tool will follow soon with this latest OU build bundled.
