Clean Boating Act - Public Participation Requested
 The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is finalizing future "clean boating" requirements for recreational boats in the next few months, and they want to hear from you.  They are hosting a "listening session" in Annapolis and encourage all to attend.
