California Language Teachers' Association Dear World Language Teacher, Can you help us update our records? From time to time we get information that we need to get out to certain language teachers. For example, one time very late in our grant application/selection process, we were notified of the availability of a grant for a teacher of Italian to study in Venice in the summer. We checked our records, found 42 teachers of Italian, and notified them of the availability of this grant. One of them applied and got it! We were notified of the availability of a grant for a teacher of Japanese to study in Japan in the summer. We checked our records, found 39 teachers of Japanese. We notified them. One of them applied and got it! Another time we had late notice of a free special program for teachers of French. We were able to get the information to them. We have a limited number of e-mails that we can send each month on our current plan. So we need for you to update our records in order to continue to send you all of our calendars of events and world language news. For example, our executive director recently sent an announcement of the governor vetoing SB 2446, but we weren't able to send it to you. Please help us update our records. Click on the link at the very bottom of this page to "Change Your Profile." You will see what we have for you in our records. Update our records, and click "submit."
