WHAT? The National Charity/NGO Summit, hosted by The Wheel, Ireland's national association of charities.
Over 400 representatives of Ireland's leading charities/NGOs, will gather to discuss some of the key issues affecting the sector and Irish society, including:
- increasing polarisation in communities
- social isolation (Ireland has the highest levels of loneliness in Europe according to a recent survey by the European Parliament)
- the role of the charity sector in promoting positive social change, and addressing the crises in health and housing
- the forthcoming local and European elections.
WHEN? Wednesday, 29 May from 9.30 am – 4.40 pm.
WHERE? Croke Park Conference Centre, Croke Park, Dublin 3, D03 P6K7
WHY? This is a unique opportunity to learn more about many of the social issues facing Irish society in the lead-up to the local and European elections, and the role of the charity/NGO sector in addressing those issues.

WHO? Leaders from across the charity/NGO/nonprofit sector and beyond will be in attendance. The 30+ speakers and facilitators include:
