Paw-fully Good Fun!
You didn’t have to go down to the woods on Sunday 13th August, because that was the day the teddy bears had their picnic in…..Tenby Harbour!

As part of the Tercentenary celebrations, a Teddy Bears Picnic was held there to showcase the TLC Appeal, our wonderful Masonic charity that donates teddy bears to hospital A&E departments for medical staff to give to children that are sick, injured or severely traumatised. The teddies are used to calm and befriend children, and even to help demonstrate what is wrong with them. They are a very effective aid and are much-loved by children, parents and medical staff alike.

Teifi Lodge Presentation to Cardigan Cancer Care
W Bro Gary Richards Explains....
Just over 13 yrs ago all of a sudden I fell ill. In that instant our whole lives turned upside down. One minute everything was perfect, we had the whole of our lives in front of us and the next we couldn’t see further than our noses. Quite a shock.
This is how I came in to contact with Cardigan Cancer Care and the good work all their volunteers do, such as offer emotional and financial support to cancer sufferers and their families in the area.
I have never forgotten about C.C.C and always said to myself, if ever I am in a position to help them back I will. So when we raised £500 pounds in the lodge, I was as asked my thoughts as Master where the money could go. The answer was easy for me.
You can read the full story here.

And finally........................
I will be handing over the production of the newsletter during October, so this will be my last one. Many thanks to everyone who has contributed content and offered me help and support over the last 5 years. I hope my successors can rely on your support too.
