Lemongrass Essential Oil 
Are you feeling a bit under lethargic now that Christmas is over?
Do you need something to give you some "get up and go"?
 
Lemongrass essential oil has a stimulating, reviving and energising effect on the body and mind that lifts the spirits and helps to relieve fatigue. 
 
Lemongrass is also a wonderful natural air-freshener. Best used in the morning, it will give your home a wonderful fresh aroma and is great for getting rid of unwanted smells, such as cigarettes, cooking and dog! 
 
In the summer it is a useful oil to help keep insects at bay.
 
Handy Hint:
If you are hoovering put a few drops of lemongrass onto a piece of kitchen roll and place it into your hoover bag. When you hoover you will release a lovely fresh aroma.

This soothing blend of essential oils can help with the signs of ageing, thread veins and is especially good for wrinkles!
 
Palmarosa will help to restore the water balance of the skin and Rose is a valuable treatment for thread veins. Frankincense is effective against inflammation, and Rosewood is reputedly helpful with dry, sensitive and mature skins.
