What: The Spark Awards celebrate the heroes in our communities who are working at the grassroots to advance the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and build a more sustainable future for all of us. These awards are the culmination of Spark Change, a collaborative project of The Wheel and Trinity College Dublin (TCD, supported by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Over the past year, 64 community and voluntary groups have been working with us on local projects to make Ireland more economically, socially and environmentally sustainable. Eleven orgnaisations from across Ireland have been shortlisted in six categories. The Spark Change Awards ceremony will shine a light on their inspiring stories.
