When should I pick my chillies?
Pick your chillies as soon as they ripen (for most varieties, this will be when they are red). That way, more fruiting will be encouraged and more chillies will grow back in two or three weeks, depending on the weather. Don’t forget that chillies freeze really well, so if you can’t use them in one go, you can save them for another time.
Feed me, feed me...
To increase fruit productivity, we recommend that you feed your plants regularly using Chilli Focus – dilute and use weekly.
Aphid agony?
Aphid spray is now available in the farm shop and online.
Plants galore
We have a wide range of chilli plants and compost for sale in our farm shop if you need a head start with growing or if you simply need a present.
