Ce Dimanche 19 Février 2012, nous vous proposons une Randonnée a raquette qui débutera à partir de Ain Zhalta pour aboutir au sommet de la montagne d’ou s’offre a nos yeux et sous nos pieds le magnifique paysage de la plaine de la Beqaa. La randonnée est de niveau avance : 3h aller (montée) + 2h30 retour (descente). Nous passerons par la forêt de Cèdres du Chouf et nous visiterons le lac artificiel spécialement conçu pour les besoins en eau des animaux de la réserve naturelle.

A prévoir :
Chaussures de marche, sac à dos, gourde, casse-croûte (sandwich, chocolat, fruits secs...), lunettes de soleil, crème solaire, chapeau, pull polaire et coupe-vent, petite trousse de secours, bâtons de marche, lampe torche.
Le prix :
Le prix par personne est de 32$ (ou 48000 L.L.), incluant le transport en bus, le droit d'entrée à la réserve, l'assurance et les guides. (Apportez la monnaie exacte).
Faisabilité :
Il faut être au minimum 15 inscrits pour que la sortie ait lieu.
Rendez-vous et départ :
Rassemblement 7h15 am.
Le départ est 7h30 pm précise du parking qui est près de l’urgence de l'hôpital du Sacré Cœur à Hazmieh. Pour y arriver prendre la bifurcation qui mène vers le palais présidentiel devant l'hypermarché Abou Khalil, ensuite prendre la première bifurcation à gauche en direction du Sacré Cœur. For this Sunday February 19th, the shouf cedar reserve is waiting for us for an amazing snowshoeing trip.
We will begin in Ain Zhalta to reach the mountain top where we will discover – lying beneath our feet - a breathtaking view of the Beqaa valley. The level is advanced : 3 hours to reach the mountain top and 2 hours to get back. We will pass by the cedar forest of Ain Zhalta and visit the artificial pond specially built
For drinking needs of the reserve’s animals.
Practical details :
Time by bus to reach the reserve: 1h10’
Duration of the snoshoe trip : 5h30 – 6h00
Level : Advanced
Return time : Late in the afternoon
What to bring :
Waterproof hiking shoes , Backpack, lunch(sandwiches …), Sunglasses, Sunscreen, ski hat, ski gloves, ski jacket or similar.
Cost:

Meeting: The meeting place is at 7h30 am at the parking next to the Emergency Entrance of the Sacré Cœur hospital Hazmieh. To reach it, take the road of the Presidential palace in front of the Hypermarché Abou Khalil Hazmieh, then the first turn left towards the hospital. Please, be on time! (see map)
