In The News...

March into organizing this month with Lori's helpful Dayton Daily News articles:

Do you have multiple pairs of reading glasses, but can never find a pair when you need them? If this describes your situation, take the time to label each pair with the corresponding room or place they belong.

Using my Brother labeler on the smallest font setting, I place a label on the inside of the piece called the temple, which is located next to the screw.  Make sure to trim the label, so it fits without being seen.  I have labeled my glasses:  nightstand, kitchen, purse, travel bag, glove box, living room and office.

If your glasses get out of place it is easy to identify which location they belong in.

Office Not A Coffee Shop...

If your boss is complaining that your office is disorganized, look around for things you can eliminate from your desk that you won’t miss. For example, how many coffee mugs and water bottles do you really need in your office? These items sneak in throughout the year and accumulate without us realizing it.

Keep your favorite mug or water bottle to use at work, and take the rest home.  Better yet, donate them to your favorite charity.  Who really needs 20 coffee mugs anyway?
