Welcome to the mid-November Thanksgiving issue!
I just found some links that may be very interesting and helpful to you right now. So I don't want to wait until the December issue to share them. Besides, Thanksgiving will be over by then, and the following articles may be useful references for holiday eating. Our schedules and menus will change, and our pets' opportunities can change, too. If we're feeling festive this time of year, many of us love to give our kitties some treats as we are enjoying our own. The problem can develop when we get them mixed, or mixed up. Sharing what we love isn't always great for them. The following links go to websites that list and explain what foods are harmful or dangerous as well as foods that are helpful and harmless. Feeding Your Cathttps://catinfo.org/ - The latest article appears on the home page here, so if "Feeding Your Cat" does not appear, you should be able to download it here: https://catinfo.org/docs/FeedingYourCat 4pages 2011-11-13.pdf (Download link)
However, if this link works, I'll be surprised. I had nothing but trouble with it. If the information weren't so valuable, I would abandon this one. Source: Dr Lisa Pierson, catinfo.orgA Yes/No List of Foods For Your CatThis page might be easier and more to the point: https://www.reference.com/pets-animals/human-foods-cat If you have any trouble accessing these links, let me know and I'll help you get the information. I downloaded much of it. |
