3rd annual Taste of Liberia to celebrate Liberia’s food, culture, and tourism. The Festival will feature lots of Liberian foods, non-alcoholic drinks, and activities for the entire family.
Kids Activities Include:
- Bouncy house
- Face Painting
- Traditional Liberian children games
The gala event will feature a symposium on the state of Liberian foods as well as agriculture in Liberia: The past, present and future. Along with innovative Liberian cuisine sampling, specialty Liberian alcoholic drinks, and awards ceremony recognizing a Liberian individual and/or organization pivotal in changing the country’s food and agriculture narrative and moving it to a better future.
Gala Activities Include:
- Cocktails / Networking Event
- Sampling of Innovative Liberian foods and Treats
- Pictures and interviews on the Red Carpet
- Symposium on Liberian Food and Agriculture from Renowned Experts
- Chance to Learn about Sickle Cell Disease and how YOU can play a part in finding a cure during Sickle Cell Awareness Month.
