 Successful, capital-intensive corporations use standardized, robust
project delivery processes. Why? To ensure that they are
implementing the right projects, the right way, with the right
people. Irene will deliver an overview of the methodology used at
ArcelorMittal, the largest global steel company. The presentation
will walk through the steps, starting from idea stage to development
of the full project scope (why, what, who, how and when) with
real-life examples.
