“Energy, mobility and quality of life: from global to local” (2019)

The 2019 publication, as a follow-up of the 2016 one, further explores the future of energy production and consumption at GLOBAL level. It also further explores their relationship with mobility and quality of life, with special emphasis on governance and corporate responsibility in saving resources. At LOCAL level it focuses on the case of the central Belgium conurbation, challenged by a dispersed governance leading to both excess reliance on fossil energy, and excess of road traffic, both affecting mobility and quality of life.
