"Let it be known there is a fountainThat was not made by the hands of men"

VIDEO CLIP OF THE MONTH  -  This month's clip was filmed back in June at the 80th birthday party of writer/actor/director/artist and all around bon vivant, Tom Bissinger.  Tom put together a collection of his own songs that told stories from his life.  With the help of his musical director Dance Wareham, Tom rehearsed a group of musicians and singers to perform a concert in his barn (aka The Off Key Lounge).  Tom Bissinger- lead vocals/piano, Dance Wareham - guitar/vocals, Karl Frick - bass, Jeannette Ponder and Kristen Bissinger - vocals, Thor - trombone, and myself on accordion/vocals.  This clip features a few of Tom's songs from that show.  Special thanks to Rich Stoler.

GLENN HARRIS HEART TRANSPLANT!  -  This summer, a bunch of us played a fund raiser for longtime Manatees friend Glenn Harris (we called it a "Glenn-efit").  Well, he just underwent a successful heart transplant and is recovering nicely!  Congrats, Glenn!  He tells us that he will be making his first public appearances in December.  It is also Glenn's birthday this month (Sunday, October 27).

OK, that is all the news for now.
See you at the shows,
