Notice of Planning Commission Public Hearing

In accordance with Utah Code Section 10-9a-201 the Huntsville Town Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on April 19^th, 2017, at 7:00 p.m., in at the Huntsville Town Hall located at 7309 East 200 South, (PO Box 267) Huntsville, Utah. The Planning Commission will take public comment in support and opposition to amending Huntsville Municipal Code amending the following ordinance:

Title 15.1: Acceptable Uses in a Zone Table; to add a new column for the CH-1 zone; and to mark permitted accessory uses to this zone.
