Click for tickets to Halloween at The John Palmer House

The John Palmer House, a grand Victorian built in 1892, is ratcheting up the fear factor as they open their doors for Spellbound, Portland Story Theater’s 4th annual fundraiser. Ticket holders will creep through the lavishly renovated private home in the Historic Mississippi District while sipping a special white wine cocktail called the Corpse Reviver. Guests will get an intimate look at the entire home, which some claim is haunted, as storytellers regale them with real, true stories of the supernatural at 8 PM on Friday and Saturday, October 26th and 27th.

This event is limited to 50 tickets per night and there are some tickets still available for Saturday night, the 27th. Guests can participate in a silent auction, which features gifts from local Mississippi businesses such as Paxton Gate and Mississippi Studios.  This is a fundraiser, so all contributions are tax deductible. Only 21+ for this event. Best costume wins a prize.

This year features a fantastic lineup of narrative artists with true stories of the supernatural:  Lawrence Howard, Lynne Duddy, Tamara Lynne, Jeff Burke, and Mary Welch.

Thank you so much for your generous support! Hope to see you at Spellbound!

May the narrative be with you,
Lawrence, Lynne, and Penny
