 You guys, can I just be honest?
It's been a weird year...already! I had surgery. I'm fine. It was planned and not a sudden thing. Recovery is goin great and I feel mostly myself. But this was certainly a new experience for me that paralleled a few other changes resulting in alot of staring blankly out of windows into the middle distance questioning, well...everything! Let me just say that laying in bed for almost a month does not jive well with me. Nope! But all in all I am SO happy to be existing in a new month and i'm almost back to my relentlessly optimistic self! :)
Obama Foundation Video
 In the meantime...something cool happened at the tail end of a very long February:
I was so honored to have my song "Walk" used in the Obama Foundation's video to close out Black History Month! Hearing President Obama's speech (4 min into video) mirror the words and themes in the song gave me goosebumps all over. You can watch the video here.
European Tour!!! Adding London Shows!
 July can't come soon enough! We are plugging away for our first international tour this July. It's been exciting to be on Hureau's roster and toss back and forth details for this trip to various parts of France.. and Norway! The dates are booked! Tour announcement dates and cities are coming soon so stay tuned for that!
LONDON! Peace and I are considering adding a few extra days to our trip and playing out in your neck of the woods. We just can't imagine traveling all that way and not spending any time with Big Ben. And given that there are a bunch of you on this mailing list living in that region, we'd like to do a few house concerts while we're in the area. Please get in touch, let us know where you are and who you are! If we can make it work, we will!!

Latest Original Artwork!
 Last but not least I've been having so much fun interpreting my song lyrics visually. One of my resolutions this year was to polish up my graphic design skills and translate the images in my mind to paper! This specific posters is inspired by my weekly walks in the woods :) The Wissahickon trail by my house provides so much inspiration and time for reflection and these images have circled through my mind over the life of this song and during my strolls.Ever Stay and all the other posters (13x19) are up on the store website along with vinyl, Tshirts, and other merch. More to come. Hope you dig!
