Thank you for attending and supporting One Year Lease’s pool (no water)!  The production had sell-out crowds and received rave reviews, and we are honored that you could be part of the show’s success as an audience member, a backer or both.
 
Your support of our past productions and of pool (no water) has been vital to the success of One Year Lease’s work.
 
I am writing to ask you to renew your support with a tax-deductible donation and keep OYL on the path for success as we head into our production of Skin Tight at 59East59 Theaters in November 2012.  You can support the production by clicking HERE.

Skin Tight by acclaimed New Zealand playwright Gary Henderson is a moving and magical love story, both passionate and brutal and we are thrilled to be working on it.

We are asking for individual donations of $25, $50 or $100 in order to raise $9,000 by October 1st, 2012. Your contribution helps us get there and directly funds artist fees, rights acquisition and rental of our rehearsal spaces.

Since closing pool (no water), and in addition to preparing for Skin Tight, OYL has been hard at work:

• Our annual Apprentice Program in northern Greece begins on July 19th.  OYL invites ten students from educational institutions across the US to join the company during our summer residency.  This year the program is led by OYL’s artistic directors and acting ensemble, Vassar professor Gabrielle Cody and director Kim Weild.  Stay tuned for daily blog postings in July and August!

• The OYL artistic staff and ensemble are busy reviewing script submissions, exploring rehearsal ideas and locking down our next season.

• OYL is preparing a touring production of pool (no water) – more details to come in the fall!

• Stay tuned for details about a September event where we will announce our Spring production!
