The Junior class finished up Zaps training today. That is an SAT prep seminar that we provide. It is long but the information is really valuable.
We've had 5 parents call and ask if I will be attending the basketball games in Big Rapids on Friday night. Right now my plan is to attend. I don't think I will be on the spectator bus but I hope to be at both games.
As a result of the Next Gen Science Standards, our science department has been busy redesigning their curriculum. The new science curriculum flow chart is attached. Also attached is what parents can expect from science education based on the Next Gen Science Standards. This will be rolled out next year but current students will be grandfathered into the new expectations.
