Graham Baines
Many members will have been aware that long serving club member, Graham Baines, has not been seen at West Mall for a while. Unfortunately Graham has not enjoyed the best of health over the last few years and following an email from Carol (as Membership Secretary) Graham replied to her, an extract from which is reproduced below. We are sorry to hear that he is not well and his presence on Wednesday evenings in the front row has been missed; I'm sure that fellow BPS members will join me in wishing Graham well for the future.

Dear Carol.

Sadly, my BPS day are over. I am too ill to attend meetings, or even take an interest in the informative newsletters. Thus I propose to allow my membership to lapse.

I should like to take this very belated opportunity to thank you and all the other members who were kind enough to send me a 'Thinking of You' card some time ago. It was much appreciated.

Thank you for taking the trouble to get in touch with me.

Best wishes to you and the club,

Graham
