Asparagus Fern Out Day is on Saturday May 10,
This year will be held at the Rocky Point Bushcare site, between Lovett and Elvina Ba
on the western foreshores of Pittwater.

Here's a chance to enjoy a day getting rid of the dreaded Asparagus, the weed we love to hate.
Come along and visit the beautiful area across Pittwater.

Temptations:

* Free return ferry tickets from Church Point wharf - for the first 30 participants
* Morning tea provided
* Free delicious lunch provided by local residents


The free ferry tickets are for the 8.30 or 9.30 am ferries - we will meet you at Church Point wharf with these.
Ask the captain to stop at Elvina North wharf and you will be directed to the site from there.
Return ferries leave Elvina North wharf at ten minutes to the hour.

* Tools provided. Bring hat, water bottle, insect repellent, sunscreen
* Wear closed footwear, protective and comfortable clothes such as long sleeves, long pants


The day is a joint project between Pittwater Natural Heritage Association,
National Parks and Wildlife Service,
and Pittwater Council and
western foreshores bushcare volunteers.

DATS skips is helping with publicity.
