You, and every single distributor of Herbalife and every other vitamin company that belongs to CRN has been LIED TO on this issue. I am doing you a FAVOR, but you are apparently too blind to realize it. This table (above) shows the so called "Scientific Risk Assessment" which CRN is touting as a "Benefit to Consumers".
What is happening is that CRN is not telling its membership the TRUTH about what is going on. They haven't told you about the SECOND TIER of risk assessment which takes the "USL"s that you've heard about and WATERS THEM DOWN to a much LOWER set of numbers, which in some cases are even LOWER than the RDAs. You think its a "Benefit to Consumers" to set the maximum potencies to just 225 mg for vitamin C, 4 mg for beta carotene, 1.3 mg for B1, 4.5 mg for B2, 17 mg for B-3?
Please explain how I am supposed to feel comfortable with only being allowed access to a 17 mg dose of Niacin (B-3) when I have a genetic need for it, and when it was one of the nutrients that saved my LIFE?

Let me remind you: Mark Hughes, was alone when he had to fight to keep Herbalife on the Map. Mark was a trail blazer, so it really is disgusting that you would drag this incredible, honest, reputible company into this mess. You have no idea what you are saying, when you use (slander) others names, like this. I recommend you stop. you will only make it harder for all.

You recommend I STOP trying to ALERT YOU that your company has been CONNED by CRN? It is YOU who have no idea of what YOU are saying!!! I am going out of my way to try to HELP your company, and if you had half a brain, you'd realize it. I am forced now to question your sanity. I never said they didn't work and I have never questioned the generosity of the company. If you think otherwise, show me where you think I have. Actually, I would say these products are saving my life. But I won't make any medical claims. AND the FDA has been watching Herbalife since the company was founded in 1980. Sometimes I wonder why I bother when I get this sort of angry response by people such as yourself who haven't even made the effort to examine what I am saying about CRN.
Explain to me how you trust CRN given what I'm telling you here? Explain to me how and why you trust Monsanto, Bayer, BASF, etc and why you trust CRN given that it has allowed these multinational pharma giants into their membership? Given the factual information I have provided above which shreds the press release CRN has sent out calling Codex "good for consumers" I want you to tell me where you think I am wrong to try to WARN YOUR COMPANY that it is on the wrong path on this issue?

If you are only trying to defame a company that has worked hard to get to where it is to day, government approved in 59 countries. Each time, the products are tested by the Health Dept. If you don't consider this an asset to the people of the world, what do you consider. I will be forwarding this mess onto Herbalife. Others will too. Get Real. You are not the only one who is fighting for FREEDOM. Mark Hughes was fighting for Freedom, long ago, and he did not drag others name down. He had a lot of class that way.

Nowhere have I EVER put down Mark Hughes or Herbalife as a company. All I have done is question their JUDGEMENT in ACCEPTING the LIES being told to them about Codex by CRN which is calling Codex a "non issue" and which is claiming that Codex is "helping consumers".
Forward THIS to Herbalife, and let me know what their response is to what I'm saying, because I really want to know how they are justifying the LIES in this press release:

Despite occassional ranting from myopic distributors such as yourself, I am still TRYING to do you, and every single OTHER network marketer who distributes for Herbalife, Mannatech, Shaklee, Nuskin, and GNLD a FAVOR.
You might consider thanking me Eyzatia. Ditto for all of you OTHER network marketers who aren't hearing the truth on this issue from your respective companies because CRN and the Direct Selling Association aren't telling you the truth.

I am going to a meeting near Seattle next week to try to drive a resolution against the FTAA through the Washington State legislature. I am doing all I can here with very little resources.
