Haftarah Plethora
In a reprise of last year’s Haftarah Plethora for Va-era, Rick and Larry honor Abe Berman on the occasion of his 102nd birthday. Larry rap-sodizes part of Ezekiel’s prophecy to Pharaoh while Rick alerts us to Ezekiel’s fondness for certain words including Ko-amar, lachane and ben-adam. The boys ponder Ezekiel’s use of the double name of God.

Shabbat Shalom and Happy Silvester (Happy New Year).
